01

The product

An enterprise B2G platform for the maintenance and regulatory inspection of fuel stations. It is multi-tenant: authorities and service providers work in the same system, each with its own data, users and workflows.

Role-based access control and secure JWT workflows decide what each user can see and do, from inspection management and work-order tracking to operational dashboards. The mobile app is published as Oxera.

03

The challenge

  1. 01

    Multi-tenancy

One codebase serves authorities and service providers. Data, configuration and permissions must stay cleanly separated per tenant.

  2. 02

    Role-based access

Screens, actions and data are gated by role, so permissions have to be modelled explicitly instead of being scattered through the UI.

  3. 03

    Work-order lifecycle

Maintenance and inspection work moves through clear states. The app has to make the current state and next action obvious.

My role

What I built

  • Multi-tenant architecture
  • Role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Secure JWT workflows
  • Inspection management
  • Work-order tracking
  • Operational dashboards
  • Responsive UI

05

Architecture

The layers of the system, from what people touch to how it ships. Every item comes from the project's stack.

06

Engineering

  • Multi-tenancy

Authorities and service providers share one system, with data, configuration and permissions separated per tenant.

  • Role-based access

Screens, actions and data are gated by explicitly modelled roles.

  • Secure JWT workflows

JWT-secured workflows over Dio and Retrofit.

  • Work-order lifecycle

Work moves through clear states, so the current state and next action are obvious.

Product flow

  1. 01

Secure JWT sign-in; the user's role decides what they see.

  2. 02

    Inspection

Fuel station inspections are managed in the app.

  3. 03

    Work order

Maintenance and inspection work is tracked as work orders.

  4. 04

    States

Each work order moves through clear states with an obvious next action.

  5. 05

    Dashboards

Operational dashboards for authorities and service providers.
