The product

At Posbank I built Flutter apps for multi-branch restaurants and retailers: cloud-based POS and restaurant management apps, POPS Management for restaurants with separate management offices, and POPS Enterprise for retail operations.

They cover the day-to-day of running a business across branches: ordering, real-time sales tracking, multi-branch inventory, pricing updates and secure payments, managed from any device.

The challenge

    Owners manage several branches from separate offices. Data and actions have to be scoped per branch while still rolling up into one view.

    Speed at the counter

    Order processing is time-critical. Every step removed from the POS flow is felt by staff and customers.
