The product

Muajara is a rental and real-estate platform built to streamline the monthly and annual rental market in Saudi Arabia. It serves landlords, tenants and real-estate brokers.

People discover properties through interactive maps and advanced search, reserve them in real time and manage their bookings with real-time notifications. AI-powered property recommendations surface relevant listings beyond what a user explicitly searches for.

The challenge

    Search, filters and map exploration need to stay responsive and in sync as people pan, zoom and refine.
